Robyn Mancini has a personal understanding of the immigration process. In 2002, she made the decision to emigrate from Canada. Quickly, she began the immigration process on her own, with little knowledge of the complexity of the United States immigration laws. Through her immigration experience, she learned that it could be a very difficult process without the right support. In 2004, she entered law school with the goal of becoming an immigration attorney.
Her passion lies in helping clients navigate the immigration maze to obtain legal status in the United States.
Robyn L. Mancini became a member of the State Bar of California in 2008. Her undergraduate course work was completed at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada. After relocating to Sonoma County she began her legal studies at the Empire College School of Law in Santa Rosa, California graduating with Cum Laude Honors.
During her law school career, Robyn worked as a law clerk to for Judges Allan Hardcastle and Judge Gary Nadler of the Sonoma County Superior Courts. In her first two years as a licensed attorney, she continued to work as a research attorney for the Superior Courts.
Robyn Mancini teaches the Immigration Clinic at Empire College School of Law in Santa Rosa, CA. She and her students provide free legal services to victims of violent crimes who qualify for the U-visa (U status). Giving back to the community and teaching future attorneys is one of her passions.
